(i) To receive and adopt the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 7 February 2020.
(ii) To receive the annual report of the Executive Committee.
(iii) To receive and adopt the Treasurer's Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.
(iv) Update on HCJC Alumni Student Education Fund.
(v) To transact any other business provided prior notice has been given to the Honorary Secretary at least 3 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
