NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2023

To all members, 1. Notice is hereby given that the above event will be held as follows:

Date : 4 March 2023 (Saturday)

Time : 10.00 am – 12.00 pm

Venue : College Conference Room (Level 1, Block B), Hwa Chong Institution (College Section), 661 Bukit Timah Rd, Singapore 269734

2. The Agenda for the Annual General Meeting is as follows: -

i. To receive and adopt the minutes of the last Annual General Meeting held on 31 March 2022.

ii. To receive the annual report of the Executive Committee.

iii. To receive and adopt the Treasurer's Report for the financial year ended 31 December 2022.

iv. To elect the members for the 35th Executive Committee for the Hwa Chong Junior College Alumni.

v. To transact any other business provided prior notice has been given to the Honorary Secretary at least 3 days before the date of the Annual General Meeting.
